The hotel was absolutely great with superfriendly personnel.

All the staff was outstandingly accommodating and amicable, resolved my issues. The room was well-appointed and large, provided with stove top, kitchenette plus a full fridge.

Ideal base for one night in Grand Forks. New building and rooms with kitchenette. Particularly good and perfect location really close to the ND football stadium and a convenience store and a Tim Horton's coffee shop, could not be better. Also, in the Grand Fork area. A nice way to end my trip.

The room was clean and comfortable, exactly what I needed for a good night's sleep. The staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to get around town. I had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel.

The location was favourable right across from the ND football stadium, a few steps away from an indoor stadium. Plus, it was so close to the Alerus Center and many restaurants and a convenience store and a Tim Horton's coffee shop and a Tim Horton's coffee shop.

It had spotlessly clean rooms. The newly renovated bathroom and the rest was fairly clean. The location was particularly good and absolutely perfect, within short walking distance to an indoor stadium.

I recently stayed at My Place in Grand Forks for 12 nights and it was a wonderful experience. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the shower always had hot water. The staff was very friendly and the small store on-site was a great convenience. The rooms were clean and cozy, making it feel like a home away from home. The kitchenette was a money-saver, allowing us to cook our own meals. I was pleasantly surprised by the affordable price for such a long stay. I highly recommend My Place for anyone planning an extended stay.

The hotel met needs, it was an excellent stay for a business trip. The staff were welcoming the whole time. Favourable location of the property in the grassy area. Besides, it was not far from the Alerus Center and many restaurants and Grand Forks for an one night stay from Canada and many restaurants:)))

Wi-Fi was weak.

Beds were comfortable. Requested upper floor away from elevators and got it. Staff was nice. Small store was helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Kitchenette helped save money. Would recommend for extended stay. Family surprised at low price. Desk staff went above and beyond. Key issue not a big deal. Full size fridge with ice was nice option.
